About the Role

As an intern in our dedicated Trade Marketing team, you will work closely with sales and product teams to assist in developing and executing trade marketing plans that boost product visibility and sales performance. You will have the chance to apply your creativity and analytical skills to help design compelling in-store activations, promotional campaigns, and merchandising materials that resonate with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of trade marketing activities that align with the company’s overall business goals.

• Assist in planning and coordinating promotional activities and events to increase product awareness and customer engagement across different trade channels.

• Help analyse market trends, customer data, and sales feedback to contribute insights for refining marketing approaches.

• Collaborate with the sales team to help ensure marketing initiatives align with sales targets and customer retention objectives.

• Coordinate the distribution and creation of marketing materials and digital content tailored to trade partners and retail environments.

• Assist in monitoring and reporting on the performance of trade marketing activities, helping compile insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong interest or foundational knowledge in trade marketing, retail, or consumer goods (prior coursework or project experience is a plus).

• Good organizational skills with the ability to assist on multiple campaigns concurrently.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

• An analytical mindset with an eagerness to learn about market analysis and marketing performance metrics.
