In this adventure, you will be mentored by Moeve professionals to help you make the most of this experience, becoming an expert in the operational, regulatory, and technological procedures that drive the procurement area in an industrial environment.

What are we looking for?

• Students in their final years of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or other related fields.

• Having completed at least 120 credits, with active enrollment at a university (with an internship agreement).

• Curricular or extracurricular internships.

• Eager to learn, grow, and bring procedural rigor to file management and supplier relations.

Skills and Abilities:

• Analytical mindset for preparing and interpreting tracking reports and databases.

• Communication skills to interact effectively with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.

• Knowledge and proficiency in business management tools and systems.

• Curiosity about the industrial sector, procurement process optimization, and sourcing strategy.

Responsibilities:

• You will learn the fundamentals and application of Procurement Regulations, including procedures, the Procurement Manual, the Operating Manual, and General Conditions.

• You will support the handling of main corporate Procurement Systems (SAP, Jaggaer, Achilles, Controlar), collaborating in the operational management of spot purchasing, framework agreements, and commercial contracts.

• You will collaborate in preparing technical and administrative documentation for Turnarounds / Scheduled Shutdowns.

• You will help draft key tracking reports such as the Annual Procurement Plan, One-Page reports, and BPO monitoring.

• You will participate in sourcing potential suppliers and supporting market intelligence and cost tools (Beroe, Should Cost, TVO).
