Who Are We Looking For?

• Students in the final years of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (ADE), Engineering, Industrial Organization, or related fields.
• Applicants with at least 120 ECTS credits completed, and an active enrollment at a university that has an internship agreement with us.
• Both curricular and extracurricular internships are welcome.
• Individuals motivated to learn, grow, and contribute with methodological rigor in managing and analyzing operational projects.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong analytical skills for preparing reports, conducting process analyses, and supporting data-driven decisions.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities to monitor action plans and control the execution of measures effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for impactful presentations.
• A genuine curiosity about the retail fuel sector, operational efficiency, and emerging digital tools and technologies (such as Iristrace).

Responsibilities

• You will support ongoing operational projects by assisting in the implementation of contactless systems in car wash centers and coordinating cash collection processes.
• Actively collaborate in designing and implementing new initiatives, including unattended unloading projects at service stations, while handling operational control and traceability tools.
• Assist in coordinating and implementing actions under the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Plan, tracking indicators alongside operational teams.
• Provide cross-functional support to the Operations area through detailed reports, process analyses, and identification of operational improvement opportunities.
• Gain hands-on experience working in a real business environment while understanding the company’s global operational strategy.
