During this internship, you will be mentored by experienced professionals at Moeve who will help you maximize this learning journey, enabling you to develop expertise in managing legal affairs within the areas of Procurement, Technical Services, and Digital Transformation.
Who are we looking for?
- Students in the final years of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or a Double Degree in Law and Business Administration.
- Applicants must have passed at least 120 credits and maintain active enrollment at a university with an internship agreement.
- Current enrollment in curricular or extracurricular internships.
- A strong motivation to learn, grow, and contribute precise technical rigor in document review and legal advisory.
Skills and Competencies
- Exceptional analytical skills for interpreting legal regulations and contractual clauses with attention to detail.
- Effective communication abilities to clearly convey legal concepts to diverse internal departments.
- Proficient user of MS Office tools, particularly Word for contract editing and Excel for data handling.
- Interest in legal matters related to industrial, technological, and R&D sectors, with a willingness to explore these fields in depth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation, review, and negotiation of various procurement documents, including contracts for works, supplies, services, guarantees, and confidentiality agreements.
- Collaborate in providing legal advice to the Technical Services area on complex engineering projects and assist in monitoring potential claims.
- Learn to offer legal support to the Digital Transformation department in both internal and external projects, focusing on technological contracts, such as SaaS agreements and licensing.
- Assist the team with legal advice related to R&D and trademark matters, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
- Participate in updating general contracting conditions and reviewing the department’s legal knowledge base to maintain accuracy and relevance.
