In this adventure, you will be accompanied by Moeve professionals to help you make the most of this experience, becoming an expert in daily operations and talent management within the People department.

What are we looking for?

• Students in their final years of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (ADE), or related fields.

• At least 120 credits completed, with active enrollment at a university (with an internship agreement).

• Curricular or extracurricular internships.

• Eager to learn, grow, and bring technical rigor to operational management and employee support.

Skills and Abilities:

• Analytical capacity and attention to detail for handling payroll data and employee records.

• Communication skills and service orientation to handle employee inquiries and issues.

• Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for data management and PowerPoint).

• Curiosity about personnel administration processes and the operational workings of Human Resources.

Duties:

• You will support the management of payroll payments, focusing primarily on mileage control and processing.

• You will collaborate in resolving and following up on payroll discrepancies and incidents.

• You will assist in corporate documentation management (pension plans, retirement files, and other administrative procedures).

• You will provide support to the team in time and attendance tracking tasks.

• You will learn the end-to-end personnel administration processes within a corporate environment.
