During this internship, you will be mentored by experienced professionals at Moeve, enabling you to gain a comprehensive understanding of the energy business and executive reporting in a leading company.

Who are we looking for?

• Students in the final years of their Bachelor's or Master's degrees in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or similar fields.
• Applicants must have completed at least 120 ECTS credits and be actively enrolled in a university with an internship agreement.
• This opportunity is available for both curricular and extracurricular internships.
• Individuals with a strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute an analytical mindset towards the transition to sustainable energy solutions.

Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in PowerPoint for preparing commercial and executive-level presentations.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel to track KPIs and generate detailed reports.
• Valuable knowledge or interest in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce (SF), will be highly regarded.
• Strong organizational skills, proactive attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support commercial coordination within the Fuels and HVO division, facilitating effective communication between sales teams and other departments.
• Collaborate in drafting corporate and commercial presentations for strategic meetings and executive committees.
• Assist in monitoring commercial activities, tracking sales objectives, and analyzing the market development of new fuels.
• Contribute to the preparation of periodic executive reports by extracting and analyzing key business performance data.
• Support Salesforce management activities including data entry, opportunity updates, and client follow-up.
