What are we looking for?

Students in their final years of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (ADE), Economics, Industrial Engineering, Trade, or similar fields, with a clear commercial and analytical mindset.

Candidates must have completed at least 120 credits and have an active university enrollment (with an internship agreement/convenio).

Availability for curricular or extracurricular internships.

Individuals with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a desire to understand sales dynamics in a high-impact B2B sector.
Skills and Qualifications:

Digital Proficiency: Fluent use of MS Office (especially Excel for sales analysis).

Commercial Vision: Interest in using Pricing tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Analytical Capacity: Ability to interpret sales reports and identify market opportunities.

Collaborative Attitude: Ability to coordinate with support teams and ease in direct client interaction.
Your Role and Responsibilities:

You will learn to use advanced pricing tools to develop competitive commercial offers tailored to the market.

You will actively collaborate in the Commercial CRM, ensuring that customer information and business opportunities are always up to date.

You will experience the reality of the business by shadowing the sales team on client visits, learning firsthand about their needs and the negotiation process.

You will support the analysis of sales reports, helping to identify trends and results within the Asphalt division.

You will participate in coordination with the commercial support team to ensure excellence in after-sales service and account administration.
