At Moeve, we are transforming energy and mobility to improve the world together, and we need all the talent available to make it a reality. This is your opportunity!

Every day can be your first day.

What will your role be?

We are driving a transformative strategy agenda called “Positive Motion”, focused on greening our revenue sources and fostering sustainable growth. As part of this vision, we are looking for a highly skilled Value Identification & Delivery Assessment Advisor to support value generation across the integrated value chain within our Trading business.

Help guide the CI organization to systematically identify, prioritize, and track end‑to‑end value generation opportunities, ensuring transparency, alignment, and execution across the integrated value chain. This role will maximize portfolio value by combining analytical rigor, E2E value‑chain understanding, and collaboration with Business Units and CI functions.

Why is this the perfect role for you?

In this role, you will contribute to enhancing value delivery across Commercial Integration by:

  • Executing systematic E2E value generation assessments versus blue‑sky scenarios, collaborating with Value Architects, Supply & Logistics, and Business Units to identify operational, logistics, and commercial improvement opportunities.

  • Building and ensuring cross‑business transparency on value drivers and performance gaps, enabling shared understanding and alignment on value levers.

  • Tracking progress and performance of cross‑business initiatives, generating regular reports on value realization, risks, and deviations.

  • Calculating E2E KPIs related to VCU (Value Chain Uplift) and IDM (Integrated Delivery Metrics) to support decision‑making and value capture.

  • Identifying value‑leakage root causes and supporting the development of actionable mitigation plans grounded in commercial, operational, and market insights.

  • Supporting prioritization frameworks and business‑case development to guide where CI should focus effort and resources.

  • Partnering with CI departments (CBD&I, IP&VCO, ISC&L and Operational Excellence) and Business Units to ensure aligned, fact‑based execution across the value chain.

Who are we looking for?

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business/ Economy, or similar disciplines.

Languages

  • English (working proficiency).

  • Additional languages (e.g., Spanish) are a plus.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in optimization, strategy, value management, planning, or senior commercial/operational roles within the energy industry.

  • Understanding of the Energy sector and the company’s Business Units (Trading, Commercial Areas, Energy Parks, Chemicals, etc.).

  • Experience with Linear Programming to build blue‑sky scenarios, combined with knowledge of market dynamics, commercial operations, and production operations to detect value‑leakage opportunities.

  • Strong E2E understanding of value chains and their economics, supported by experience in business‑case development and prioritization frameworks.
