About the Program

Throughout your time on the program, you’ll learn from and add value to three different areas of Moeve Trading, gaining hands-on experience and building a deep understanding of global commodity markets—from oil and gas to renewables and carbon trading. You’ll collaborate with industry experts, learn how to assess risk and unlock commercial value, and discover what drives real-time decision-making in one of the world’s most dynamic and transformative industries.

Our development framework blends:

• On-the-job learning across commercial, operational, and analytical roles, offering a cross-business perspective
• Technical and soft-skills training, including financial acumen, strategic thinking, and market fundamentals
• Mentoring and networking with experienced traders and cross-functional leaders

Your Path Forward

Through the Trading Graduate Program, our goal is to equip you with the foundations and mindset to:

• Grasp the full range of concepts driving the commodities markets—oil, gas, power, and renewables—and understand what connects them.
• Navigate physical logistics, global pricing mechanisms, and traded instruments with growing confidence
• Understand price risk and market exposure, and how to manage these risks while supporting and progressively contributing to deal structuring.
• Interpret market signals, spot commercial opportunities, and make informed, strategic contributions
• Operate with rigor, ethics, and resilience in high-pressure, fast-moving environments
• Develop end-to-end trading capabilities, equipping you with a versatile and cross-functional profile.

What We’re Looking For

We’re not looking for the final product —we’re in search of potential, someone we can invest in.

To thrive in our program, you’ll need:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a field with a strong focus on structured reasoning
• Proficiency in English (minimum C1)
• A sharp, analytical mindset paired with a desire to learn
• Adaptability and resilience under pressure
• A collaborative spirit, self-starter independence, strong communication skills, and global awareness
• An interest in markets, trading, and the energy transition - ideally blended with a strong foundation in quantitative skills.
• An entrepreneurial instinct paired with a sharp eye for value creation
