What We Are Looking For:
- Active enrollment in a university program with at least 120 credits completed, preferably in Human Resources or Labour Relations.
- Availability for curricular or extracurricular internships, aligned with university practice agreements.
- A strong foundation and genuine interest in the processes that govern people management.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in implementing HR policies and procedures, supporting administrative tasks and internal communications to ensure proper dissemination throughout the organization.
- Respond to basic employee queries related to HR processes impacting the employee lifecycle, escalating complex issues to specialized teams or other corporate departments as appropriate.
- Support performance evaluation management by preparing required documentation, monitoring timelines, and liaising with involved parties.
- Assist in updating organizational charts by gathering structural information and making adjustments in internal tools to reflect accurate team configurations.
- Contribute to identifying hiring and internship needs by collecting information from various departments and aiding in the preparation of candidate lists and related materials.
- Participate actively in onboarding and offboarding procedures by preparing for new hires, managing mobility processes, and facilitating smooth exits.
- Support compensation, benefits, and other HR processes to maintain comprehensive and efficient systems.
- Provide assistance to the Analytics & Report area by helping gather relevant data and supporting report generation tasks.
