Role Overview

As part of the Operational Excellence team, you will collaborate across departments to identify opportunities for process improvement, streamline workflows, and implement best practices. Your contribution will be key in embedding a culture of continuous improvement, enabling Moeve to maintain its position at the forefront of the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness. 
• Assist in analysing current processes and performance metrics to help identify gaps and areas for improvement.  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and implementation of operational strategies aligned with company goals.  
• Cooperate with team members to help organize and coordinate training sessions and workshops that promote operational excellence principles throughout the organisation.  
• Support the tracking and reporting on the progress of initiatives, helping ensure timely delivery and measurable outcomes.  
• Contribute to and actively participate in a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and quality improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of operational excellence, process improvement, or related fields through coursework, academic projects, or prior internships. 
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support problem-solving initiatives. 
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate productively within diverse teams. 
• Familiarity with basic project management methodologies and tools. 
• Adaptable and open to change, with the ability to thrive and support team transitions in a dynamic environment.
