We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented student to join our team as a Market Research & Customer Insights Intern. This role is designed to support our mission of understanding our customers deeply, allowing you to learn how we translate their needs and behaviors into actionable insights that guide our strategic decisions, excellence, and innovation.

About the Role

As a Market Research Intern, you will play an active role in supporting the team in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data about customer preferences, market trends, and competitive landscapes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gaining hands-on experience in how customer insights inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer experience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and coordination of market research projects, learning to utilize methodologies such as surveys, focus groups, and data analytics.

  • Support the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to help identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improving customer engagement.

  • Help develop clear reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate research findings effectively to the team.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to learn how customer insights are integrated into strategic planning.

  • Help monitor market and industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive and responsive to evolving customer needs.

  • Maintain ethical research practices, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of customer information throughout all stages of research.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Social Sciences, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Strong interest or academic background in market research, data analysis, or customer insights.

  • Analytical mindset with basic proficiency in Excel or exposure to data analysis software (such as SPSS, SAS, or similar tools).

  • Good communication skills, with the ability to help translate data into clear, understandable summaries.

  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to assist on multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Enthusiastic team player who is comfortable working collaboratively across departments and with diverse teams.
