Who We Are Looking For
- Students in the final years of a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Civil, or related fields) with a keen interest in the regulatory and contractual aspects of the industrial sector.
- Applicants who have completed at least 120 ECTS credits and are actively enrolled at a university with an internship agreement.
- Those seeking curricular or extracurricular internships to gain practical experience.
- Individuals motivated to learn, grow, and contribute rigorously to contract analysis and industrial asset management.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong analytical capacity to understand legal concepts, technical details, and contract clauses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders including Legal teams, plant personnel, and contractors.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel for data management and PowerPoint for presentations.
- Knowledge or interest in Power BI and SharePoint will be considered a plus.
- Organized, proactive, and curious about risk management and maintenance processes within the industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the analysis of technical clauses in existing contracts with third parties, identifying responsibilities related to inspections, maintenance, and asset decommissioning.
- Collaborate closely with the Legal department and Energy Parks staff to prepare and review addenda and technical clauses based on established standards.
- Learn to identify and mitigate risks linked to the presence of third-party assets (such as pipelines and connections) within Moeve's premises, understanding maintenance responsibilities within the legal framework.
- Assist in the creation and updating of databases to track assets, contracts, and associated risks, utilizing digital tools to organize information efficiently.
- Provide support in coordinating between different departments to ensure technical and legal documentation aligns with operational realities.
