During this adventure, you will be guided by seasoned professionals at Moeve who will help you make the most of this experience, developing expertise in fleet management, port logistics, and sector regulations.

What we are looking for:

• Students in the final years of their undergraduate or master's degree with knowledge in maritime and port fields or related qualifications.
• Having passed at least 120 credits with active enrollment in a university holding a training agreement with us.
• Availability for curricular or extracurricular internships.
• A strong willingness to learn, grow, and contribute with rigor to cost analysis and administrative management of shipping operations.

Skills and Competencies:

• Analytical skills to monitor voyages, assess costs, and evaluate fleet performance effectively.
• Excellent communication abilities for interacting with port agents and internal departments.
• Proficient user of MS Office suite, especially Excel, for data recording and management platform navigation.
• A curious mindset about maritime transport, regulatory compliance, and international logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support in cost analysis, administrative tasks, port expense management, and ensuring adherence to corporate policies and regulations.
• Assist in preparing fleet performance reports, recording voyage details in management platforms, and coordinating communications with port agents.
• Learn to verify contractual conditions, such as policies, freight terms, and claims, as well as manage procedures related to community flag exemptions for cabotage.
• Support in monitoring SPOT and Time Charter voyage instructions along with managing the department's technical documentation.
• Participate in collecting timely information for related departments and undertake other relevant duties based on Shipping Operations' needs.
