In this internship, you will be supported by experts at Moeve to maximize your learning experience while collaborating on the transformation and standardization of processes with a focus on operational excellence.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Students enrolled in undergraduate or master's programs in Engineering (Industrial, Organizational or related fields), Business Administration (ADE) or Economics.
  • Applicants must have completed at least 120 academic credits and have an active enrollment at a university that has an internship agreement with our company.
  • Eligible candidates can pursue either curricular or extracurricular internships.
  • An analytical profile with strong attention to detail and a highly collaborative attitude is essential.

Skills and Competencies

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to manage data and create impactful presentations.
  • Basic knowledge or keen interest in process mapping, including creating flowcharts and RASCI responsibility matrices.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI is highly desirable.
  • A strong motivation to learn continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma, as well as corporate systems including SAP, Allegro, and IMOS.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize information clearly and demonstrate proactive problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in gathering information and documentation for key initiatives and assist in tracking department KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Support the process mapping (AS-IS) activities by preparing detailed flowcharts and responsibility matrices to visualize current workflows effectively.
  • Contribute to designing future state processes (TO-BE) and maintaining updated roadmaps, project status reports, and follow-up materials to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Assist in standardizing processes by helping maintain updated manuals, procedures, and templates to promote consistency and accessibility across teams.
  • Participate in the initial preparation of reports and data visualizations to aid the Operational Excellence team in monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
