If you are currently studying and eager to learn about good governance, transparency in the Third Sector, and how a state-wide corporate foundation is managed, this is your adventure! Join our Management and Transparency team at the Moeve Foundation through the Welcome U Internship Program.

During this enriching internship, experienced professionals from Moeve will guide you to maximize your learning experience. You will become familiar with regulatory compliance, governance, and accountability frameworks within the nonprofit foundation sector, developing expertise that will be valuable for your future career.

Who are we looking for?

  • Students in the final years of a bachelor's or master's degree (or recent graduates) in Law, Business Administration, Political Science, or Economics.
  • Those who have completed at least 120 ECTS credits and have an active enrollment at a university with an internship agreement.
  • Internships can be curricular or extracurricular.
  • Individuals motivated to learn, grow, and contribute rigor and excellence to internal management and the preparation of institutional documentation.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A genuine vocational interest in governance, transparency, and the functioning of the Third Sector.
  • Strong organizational skills to monitor legal obligations and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced level of English to support documentation, communication, and research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation and review of all necessary documentation for the foundation’s governing bodies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate on transparency and accountability efforts by assisting in the drafting of annual reports and activity summaries.
  • Learn to monitor documentation related to legal obligations and regulatory deadlines within the sector.
  • Assist with internal management and governance tasks, promoting best practices in corporate management.
  • Participate in administrative and technical support activities aimed at ensuring the highest transparency standards with respect to all stakeholders.
