In this position, you will actively participate in the digital transformation of our company, contributing to projects that bridge business strategy with advanced technological solutions. We have two distinct internship vacancies tailored to different academic profiles, both integrated within the same department.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Profile A (CRM Specialist): Students in the final years of Bachelor's or Master's degrees in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or similar fields. Specific training or experience in Salesforce will be highly valued.
• Profile B (Data Analytics & Reporting): Students in the final years of Engineering degrees (Computer Science, Industrial, Telecommunications) or technical degrees with a focus on data.
• Advanced English proficiency at C1 level, comfortable working in international environments.
• At least 120 ECTS credits completed, actively enrolled at a university with an established internship agreement.
• A strong technological curiosity, a capacity for quick learning, and enthusiasm to contribute solutions in a continuous improvement environment.

Skills and Competencies

• Interest in the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Marketing, Data Cloud) and data analysis.
• Analytical thinking, process improvement orientation, and meticulous attention to data quality.
• Technical profile: Knowledge of or eagerness to learn query languages such as SQL and programming in Python for exploratory data analysis.
• Proficiency or strong interest in data visualization tools such as Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your academic background and profile, you will collaborate in one or more of the following areas:

• CRM Ecosystem Management: Participate in the development and enhancement of Salesforce modules, ensuring a comprehensive Customer 360 vision and optimizing CRM to improve commercial processes.
• Automation and Efficiency: Support the creation of automated workflows and cleansing of databases to minimize manual tasks, ensuring data consistency and reliability.
• Data Analysis and Extraction: Assist in executing SQL queries, including subqueries, for data validation, troubleshooting, and providing technical support to the team.
• Data Science & Modeling: Collaborate on data cleaning using Python for exploratory data analysis (EDA) and take part in the initial phases of predictive model development.
• Reporting and Dashboards: Assist in the development of Power BI dashboards, handling database connectivity, creating data tables, and utilizing DAX measures for insightful reporting.
• Business Insight: Develop a transversal understanding of the customer lifecycle, translating commercial needs into effective and efficient technical solutions.
