During this internship, you will be supported by experienced professionals from Moeve who will help you maximize this experience, making you a key player in the transition of our visual and operational identity in the market.

Who We're Looking For

• Students in the final years of their Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (ADE), preferably with a focus or specialization in Data Analysis.
• Applicants must have successfully completed at least 120 ECTS credits and maintain an active enrollment at a university with an internship agreement.
• Availability for curricular or extracurricular internships.
• A high level of English proficiency at C1 level, enabling effective communication in international environments.
• Knowledge or interest in the logistics sector will be positively valued.

Skills and Competencies

• Advanced digital skills and a strong aptitude for learning new tools and technologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for data management and analysis.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn about SAP systems is considered an asset.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and aptitude for coordination to assist in departmental meetings and cross-functional collaboration.

Internship Responsibilities

• Support the Lubricants Supply Chain department in the brand transition process to Moeve, managing the changeover of labels, packaging, and orders to ensure a seamless rebranding.
• Collaborate in monitoring and coding the implementation of the brand change within operational systems, ensuring data accuracy and system alignment.
• Gain hands-on experience in master data management and actively participate in the company’s digital transformation projects.
• Assist in coordinating with various departments involved in the transition process to guarantee effective communication and flow of information across stakeholders.
• Provide support in administrative and digital tasks, including participation in project follow-up meetings to ensure the success of the Moeve rebranding initiative.
