If you are studying and eager to learn about the management, analysis, and control of fixed costs in the Operations and HSE area, this is your adventure! Join our dynamic team in the Welcome U Internship Program.

On this adventure, you will be accompanied by Moeve professionals so you can get the most out of this experience, becoming an expert in budget tracking, closing forecasts, and grant management.

What are we looking for?

  • Students in the final years of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (ADE) or Economics.

  • Having completed at least 120 credits, with active enrollment at a university (with an internship agreement).

  • Curricular or extracurricular internships.

  • Intermediate level of English (B2).

  • Eager to learn, grow, and adopt internal ways of working.

Skills and Aptitudes:

  • Intermediate to advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of BI and Artificial Intelligence (ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) is desirable.

  • Communication and listening skills to understand, explain, and define department needs.

  • Initiative to anticipate and provide new perspectives that contribute to improvements and opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • You will support the issuance of monthly Fixed Cost tracking reports for the Operations and HSE area.

  • You will collaborate in tracking and analyzing fixed cost allocations, detecting potential errors or deviations, and proposing the necessary accounting reclassifications.

  • You will help with the estimation and tracking of monthly and annual closing forecasts for Operations and HSE, as well as tracking year-end provisions.

  • You will provide support in managing Fixed Cost incidents (purchase order allocations, lack of funds, WBS elements) and resolving user queries regarding costs and management tools.

  • You will collaborate with users and the order processing team to identify cost centers, accounts, WBS elements, and fund clearing.

  • You will support the estimation of TREIs and request their accounting registration.

  • You will participate and collaborate in coordinating the different areas involved in grant management, especially in the aviation business (MAV, CMD, Canary Islands entity).
