In this adventure, you will be accompanied by Moeve professionals to help you make the most of this experience, becoming an expert in community management and User Experience (UX) strategies.

What are we looking for?

• Final-year students or recent graduates in Marketing, Communication, Advertising and Public Relations, Business Administration (ADE), User Experience Design, or related fields.

• At least 120 credits completed, with active enrollment at a university (with an internship agreement).

• Curricular or extracurricular internships.

• Eager to learn, grow, and bring value to our relationship with sales networks and key internal teams.

Skills and Abilities:

• Interest in user experience (UX) and digital communities.

• Written communication skills, creativity, and content creation abilities.

• Curiosity to understand the needs of commercial teams and business operations.

• Organizational skills, proactivity, and strong attention to detail.

• Interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse profiles across different departments.

• Basic knowledge of digital tools, CRM, analytics, or collaborative platforms.

Responsibilities:

• You will support the management and engagement of the Customer Community, as well as the creation, coordination, and publication of content to highlight updates, projects, and success stories.

• You will collaborate in the organization of events, webinars, and training sessions, actively participating in engagement initiatives and User Experience (UX) projects.

• You will help gather user feedback and measure participation metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• You will assist in coordinating initiatives across various departments (Marketing, Sales, Communication, Operations, Digital Transformation, Product, and Business) to identify cross-functional value proposals.

• You will learn how to manage corporate communities and gain a global business vision within a major organization.
