In this adventure, you will be joined by Moeve professionals to help you make the most of this experience, becoming an expert in process optimization, digitalization, and automation through advanced tools and artificial intelligence.

What are we looking for?

• Final-year students of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or similar.

• At least 120 passed credits, with active enrollment in a university (with an internship agreement).

• Curricular or extracurricular internships.

• Eager to learn, grow, and bring technical rigor to digitalization, continuous improvement, and internal customer orientation.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Lean and Kaizen methodology fundamentals, as well as process mapping and analysis (AS IS / TO BE).

• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization (Excel, Power BI, etc.).

• Knowledge of digitalization and automation tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Python, or others).

• Fluent use of collaborative tools (Teams, Miro, SharePoint).

• Knowledge of and curiosity about AI usage, agent creation, and prompting.

• Basic understanding of change management and a strong internal customer orientation.

• Excellent communication skills and strong teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities:

• You will support process digitalization and automation tasks, helping identify improvement opportunities, convert manual flows into digital ones, and document the impact achieved using tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, or Python.

• You will collaborate on applying Lean and Kaizen methodologies in real environments, participating in team initiatives and assisting with tools like Value Stream Mapping, 5S, A3, or SIPOC to measure improvements through operational KPIs.

• You will help in process management and optimization through mapping (BPMN), requirements analysis, and preparing standard documentation focused on efficiency and user experience.

• You will provide support to the team in data analysis applied to continuous improvement, assisting in building dashboards, control metrics, and actionable insights for decision-making.

• You will learn to interact with various area leads, translating internal customer needs into digital solutions while building change management and user support skills.
