What will your role be?
Your main mission will be to design and execute the B2B messaging, content, and media plan, ensuring the coherence, quality, and effectiveness of communication actions throughout the entire customer journey. From a 360º multichannel vision, you will contribute to positioning our value propositions, driving commercial activation, and strengthening the B2B brand, working transversally with Marketing, Digital, and Sales.

Translating customer insights and value propositions into clear, structured, and value-oriented positioning messages for different B2B segments.

Executing the B2B content plan for customers and partners in the commercial ecosystem, integrating owned, earned, and paid media.

Producing and coordinating multi-format content throughout the entire B2B funnel (articles, case studies, videos, digital pieces, sales presentations, etc.).

Developing and maintaining sectoral and commercial sales pitches that support the activation of value propositions by the sales teams.

Managing the content calendar and pipeline, coordinating with other B2B Marketing areas and ensuring compliance with deadlines and priorities.

Guaranteeing message consistency across different activation channels (digital, campaigns, trade marketing, and sales materials), promoting the efficient reuse of assets.

Writing creative briefings and coordinating agencies, production companies, and other external providers.

Analyzing the performance of generated content and assets, proposing continuous improvements based on performance and business impact.
Who are we looking for?

Knowledge of B2B Marketing and multi-channel communication dynamics.

Experience in multi-format content production and editing with Marketing Automation tools.

Proficiency in CMS, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Use of design and editing tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Adobe Express, or similar.

Languages: Native Spanish or equivalent and advanced English (C1).
It would be ideal if, in addition:

You have excellent B2B content writing and editing skills, with rigor and terminological precision.

You are used to working transversally with Marketing, Digital, and Sales teams.

You have experience with new methodologies and tools, especially AI / GenAI.
