What will your role be?

Your mission will be to integrate into the Operational Safety & Excellence area, actively participating in the development, evolution, and implementation of processes, systems, and communication plans applicable to Safety across the entire Moeve Group, under the strategic framework “Safety in Motion.”

• Driving Safety Culture: You will collaborate on the deployment of the corporate communication plan, ensuring that safety remains a pillar across all business units.

• Strategic Project Management: You will lead and participate in key initiatives, ensuring milestones are met while maintaining fluid communication with various departments.

• Data Intelligence and Reporting: You will participate in defining dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to facilitate the tracking and dissemination of results to stakeholders.

• Training and Awareness: You will design training actions and cross-functional events to extend safety leadership to both Group employees and contractors.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for professionals with a passion for teamwork and a clear orientation toward excellence and continuous learning.

• Academic Background: Degree in Engineering (Advanced or Technical) or a technical Undergraduate degree.

• Technical Specialization: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Macros, PowerPoint) and proficiency in Power BI (DAX).

• Languages: Advanced level of English (C1). Knowledge of other languages such as French or Portuguese will be positively valued.
