Your Role
As part of the Mobility & New Commerce division, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and directing resources and tasks necessary to execute assigned projects. Your focus will be on meeting objectives related to safety, deadlines, cost control, and quality standards, ensuring that each project is completed successfully and efficiently.

- Plan, manage, and lead the resources and activities required to execute assigned projects, ensuring compliance with safety, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
- Estimate timeframes and resource needs for project execution phases, contributing to detailed project development and refinement.
- Oversee the design, development, installation, and subsequent maintenance of project solutions, integrating lessons learned to continuously improve outcomes.
- Lead and coordinate all resources engaged in the project, fostering collaboration and effective communication among teams.
- Ensure projects adhere to established quality and safety standards, promoting a culture of excellence and risk management.
- Manage and resolve incidents, scope changes, and deviations by implementing corrective actions promptly during execution.
- Monitor project schedules and financial control, updating the initial plans and actual timelines in the Snow tool to reflect real progress.
- Prepare comprehensive project follow-up reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate inventory registration records and hand-over documentation, and maintain the final project documentation archive for future reference.
Who We Are Looking For
- Academic background: Technical or Higher Engineering degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering.
- Languages: Advanced level of English proficiency to communicate effectively in an international environment.
- Essential skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD software to support design and planning tasks within projects.
