What will your role be?

Your mission will be to act as a key player in operational excellence, coordinating Global Management Systems (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001). You will be the link between the business units and certification bodies to ensure that our quality and environmental standards drive our transformation.

• Global Certification Management: You will lead the dialogue with certification bodies, managing audit programs, resolving non-conformities, and tracking progress on digital platforms.

• Intelligence and Data Analysis: You will collect and analyze critical KPIs to prepare global monitoring reports, ensuring information consistency across all Group businesses.

• Regulatory Evolution: You will participate in the development and updating of internal regulations, proposing improvements in procedures that integrate cross-cutting requirements for all certifications.

• HSEQ / TPS Strategy: You will be part of process improvement and digitalization initiatives (such as Share TPS), in addition to developing promotional content for corporate channels like HSEQ Conect or Nexus.

• Internal Assurance: You will perform management system audits to ensure our processes meet the highest standards of rigor and efficiency.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for professionals with an analytical vision, interpersonal skills, and a firm commitment to continuous improvement.

• Academic Background: Higher University Degree in scientific disciplines or Engineering.

• Technical Specialization: Training in external management system standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.) or auditing techniques will be highly valued.

• Languages: Advanced level of English.

• Key Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills to coordinate projects with various business areas.

• Location: Madrid.
