About the business

We are spearheading Positive Motion, a transformative strategic agenda designed to decarbonize our revenue sources and foster sustainable growth across the value chain. To support this ambition, we are looking for an Integrated Business Planner to join our team in Madrid. This is a high-impact role responsible for orchestrating end-to-end planning, enabling strategic decision-making, and optimizing value across fossil and bio supply chains.

The Responsibilities we’ll trust you with

· Make Integrated Business Plannings for an horizon M+3 to M+12, ensuring cohesive and insight-driven planning.

· Oversee mid-term supply & demand planning for fossil and bio.

· Create, challenge and transform planning analyses into clear insights and recommendations.

· Direct scenario-based analysis across contracts, crudes, storage, and supply alternatives to surface E2E impact.

· Support crude supply decision-making with focus on specialty products.

· Identify and assess logistics bottlenecks.

 

What are we looking for?

· A strategic planner with deep understanding of end-to-end energy value chains.

· Someone comfortable navigating complex planning horizons, constraints, and optimization frameworks.

· A professional able to challenge assumptions, extract insights, and develop integrated decision-making.

· A collaborative planner able to orchestrate across Trading, Energy Parks, Chemical and Commercial teams.

Education & Experience

· 5+ years of experience in the energy industry.

· BSc in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or similar fields.

· Strong experience with LP and other optimization tools.

· Proven analytical capability to oversee scenario-based assessments.

· Digital and advanced analytics proficiency (including strong AI knowledge).

 

Languages & Competencies

· Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

· Strong analytical skills, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management.

· Ability to synthesize complexity into actionable recommendations.

· Comfortable operating in high-impact, cross-functional environments.
