What will your role be? 

To direct and lead the development strategy of the Advanced Feedstocks Business, with a key focus on identifying strategic partners (raw material suppliers) and investment opportunities in international markets. You will directly contribute to the implementation of the Group's expansion objectives, holding ultimate responsibility for safety, efficiency, quality, CAPEX, deadline compliance, and the profitability of managed assets.

• Defining the execution strategy and resource allocation for the Business project portfolio, prioritizing growth in markets with high origination potential. 

• Identifying and developing business opportunities, primarily in the Asian market, building relationships of trust with raw material originators to ensure a recurring and competitive supply. 

• Detecting and evaluating investment and M&A opportunities with key sector players, leading strategic analysis to strengthen the company's position in the value chain. 

• Orchestrating internal stakeholder management, acting as a strategic liaison to the Investment Committee and the Steering Committee to facilitate decision-making and results reporting. 

• Directing coordination with other involved areas to optimize negotiations and manage operational assets, always ensuring compliance with minimum operational standards with feedstock suppliers. 

• Leading and developing a team of Feedstock Originators, ensuring the incorporation of new ways of working, sourcing methodologies, and processes that increase the department's global efficiency. 

Who we are looking for:  

Education: 

• University Degree: Engineering / Business Administration and Management. 

• MBA or Master’s in Business Administration. 

Languages: 

• English: Very high level (C1/C2). 

• Knowledge of Chinese or French will be highly valued. 

Experience: 

• At least 10 years in International Business Development, ideally in Asia. 

• M&A Development and Asset Management. 

• Experience managing Feedstock projects. 

• Project management of multidisciplinary teams, ideally in projects related to the energy sector. 

• Previous experience in the biofuels sector will be highly valued. 

Knowledge: 

• Financial and Economic Analysis: Deep evaluation of project and investment viability. 

• Accounting and Finance: Analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasting. 

• Contractual Structures: Understanding and experience in designing complex structures (sourcing/offtake, pricing schemes, M&A, etc.). 

Skills and Attitude: 

• Multicultural Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams and build solid relationships of trust in diverse cultural environments. 

• Proactivity and Agility: Highly proactive and solution-oriented profile. 

• Ability to make informed decisions based on rigorous technical and economic analysis. 

• Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication skills and advanced strategic negotiation capabilities. 

Other Requirements: 

• Mobility: Availability for frequent international travel.
