What will your role be?
As HR CFO, Strategy & Sust. Advisor, your main mission will be to support the coordination of human capital within your area of responsibility, ensuring that management is carried out effectively and aligned with the company's global policies and current labor legislation. You will be a key player in guaranteeing the attraction and retention of the talent necessary for the correct execution of the organization's activity at a national level.You will work on short, medium, and long-term planning of personnel needs, collaborating closely with different areas to ensure that cross-functional Human Resources processes are executed with the highest quality and precision.

- Collaborate in the implementation and monitoring of cross-functional processes such as performance evaluation, salary reviews, and budgetary control.
- Provide continuous advice to employees on matters of compensation, training, development, and management incidents.
- Integrally manage selection, training, and development processes, analyzing needs and proposing improvement actions.
- Lead the launch of selection processes and coordinate with local HRBPs for onboarding across different work centers.
- Manage administrative procedures for new employee incorporations (system registration, equipment, access, etc.) and supervise the Onboarding process.
- Perform administrative management and monitoring of ETTs (Temporary Employment Agencies) and the intern group.
- Prepare reporting on headcount, personnel costs, and budget deviations to facilitate decision-making.
- Analyze proposals for organizational changes, evaluating their impact on HR planning and keeping organizational charts updated.
Who are we looking for?
- Education: University degree.
- Experience: At least 2 years of previous experience in HR Generalist roles, with solid knowledge in compensation, selection, organization, and personnel administration.
- Technical Skills: Advanced level of IT tools (especially Excel), and management of SAP HCM and Orgplus.
- Knowledge: Spanish and international labor legislation.
- Language: Fluent English.
Valued: Previous experience managing diverse and heterogeneous groups, as well as in corporate shared services environments.
