What will your role be?
You will be the strategic Marketing C&CE B2B benchmark, leading the in-depth knowledge of customers, competition, and the market within your areas of responsibility. Your purpose will be to analyze industry trends to define and update a differential value proposition that drives our growth priorities. You will be a key player in transforming data and technical knowledge into clear recommendations for the Sales, Pricing, and Operations teams.
Some of your main functions will be:

Design integrated and sub-segment specific value propositions (product, service, and decarbonization solutions) for marketing campaigns and ABM strategies.

Continuously monitor the market and competition to produce strategic reports ensuring an up-to-date understanding of key industrial players and trends.

Translate customer and market insights into commercial implications for positioning and associated marketing plans.

Provide commercial teams with a clear narrative and value-based arguments based on deep industry knowledge.

Establish and evaluate service levels by segment to ensure consistency between the commercial promise and operational capacity.

Diagnose penetration gaps in segments and propose customer growth targets in volume and margin, estimating the size of commercial opportunities.

Collaborate with Marketing Operations by providing know-how on messages, content, and key industry-specific events.

Identify use cases and develop innovative proposals to recommend the evolution of the high-value service portfolio.
Who are we looking for?

Education: Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Chemistry, or similar. An MBA or postgraduate training in Marketing or Energy is valued.

Experience: At least 4 years in business development, engineering, or sector consultancy roles within industrial or energy environments, with direct experience facing industrial clients.
Knowledge in:

Market research techniques.

High proficiency in industrial sectors, their applications, regulation, and environmental standards.

Strategic thinking and the ability to connect technical vision with commercial and economic aspects.

Solid understanding of B2B market models and sizing techniques.

Advanced use of data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI) and CRM platforms.

Communication and influence skills for interacting with technical and executive profiles.

Languages: High level of English (C1).

It would be ideal if you also have: Experience applying new methodologies and tools such as AI/GenAI.
