What will your role be?
Your mission will be to lead the customer strategy for the B2B industries under your scope, becoming the engine that drives Marketing decisions based on deep insights of customers, competitors, and sector trends. You will also be responsible for directing value propositions by ecosystem and segment, identifying and prioritizing the best opportunities to ensure profitable and sustainable business growth.

Define B2B Marketing objectives by segment, ecosystem, and channel, establishing a roadmap of initiatives prioritized by value and viability.

Establish the B2B segmentation model and define priority profiles and accounts, combining current value, potential, and behavior.

Develop the B2B value proposition framework (pillars, messages, SLAs) and ensure differentiated propositions by segment and account.

Coordinate with the Commercial and Pricing teams the coherence between the value proposition, price positioning, and offer packages.

Define the set of core KPIs and the ROI and effectiveness measurement model (attribution, benchmarks) in coordination with Data and Operations.

Continuously analyze the market and competition to translate insights into clear implications for the Marketing plan.

Validate market sizing models and supervise the correct execution of customer studies.

Act as the main Marketing interlocutor with other areas to define a common roadmap and a coordinated work model.
Who are we looking for?

Education: University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or similar. MBA or postgraduate training in Marketing or Energy is valued.

Experience: At least 7 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Strategy, or Business Development, ideally in the energy or industrial sectors. Experience of at least 3 years leading transversal projects.

Knowledge in: Advanced segmentation, definition of value propositions, and multi-country marketing planning. Market analysis, data visualization tools (advanced Excel, Power BI), and familiarity with CRM environments.

Languages: High level of English (C1).

Excellent executive presentation skills and strategic thinking.

It would be ideal if you also: Have experience applying new methodologies and tools such as AI/GenAI in marketing processes.
