What will your role be?

Integrated into the Mobility area, you will be responsible for defining and leading the comprehensive CRM and Customer Lifecycle Management strategy for individual customers through the management and evolution of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, advanced segmentation capabilities, automation, and omnichannel personalization, in order to maximize customer acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and profitability, contributing to the sustainable growth of the business and the continuous improvement of the customer experience.

Some of your main functions will be:

  • Define the CRM strategy for individual customers aligned with the company's business, loyalty, and growth objectives.

  • Lead the functional evolution and governance of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, defining the CRM capabilities roadmap and ensuring the adoption of best practices.

  • Design and implement Customer Lifecycle Management strategies for the different stages of the customer lifecycle (acquisition, onboarding, activation, growth, loyalty, retention, and reactivation).

  • Apply customer segmentation, personalization, and activation to the CRM strategy based on behavioral, consumption, and customer value data.

  • Design, supervise, and optimize automated omnichannel journeys (email, push, SMS, app), guaranteeing a consistent and personalized experience.

  • Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and campaign results to identify growth opportunities, improve experience, and generate value.

  • Define, monitor, and present strategic CRM KPIs, preparing recommendations and action plans for Management and business areas.

  • Lead the experimentation and continuous optimization strategy through test & learn models, result analysis, and action profitability improvement.

  • Analyze the customer dataset across all segments to help identify commercially attractive opportunities, improving direct communication and sales.

  • Coordinate cross-functional projects with the Business, Loyalty, Data & Analytics, Digital, Technology, Legal, DPO areas, and external providers to ensure the correct implementation of CRM initiatives.

  • Manage relations with technology partners and specialized agencies, guaranteeing service quality, goal achievement, and optimization of investments made.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • Higher university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in CRM, Relational Marketing, Customer Engagement, or Marketing Automation positions.

  • Demonstrable experience leading CRM strategies in organizations with large customer bases and high operational complexity.

  • Knowledge of SQL and expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (certifications).

  • Experience in loyalty programs, customer lifecycle management, and advanced personalization strategies.

  • Knowledge of digital analytics tools, data management, and campaign measurement.

  • Languages: High level of English (B2/C1).
