What will your role be?
We are driving a transformative strategy agenda called “Positive Motion”, focused on greening our revenue sources and fostering sustainable growth. As part of this vision, we are looking for a highly skilled CI Digital Innovation Advisor Senior to accelerate the digital transformation of Commercial Integration and enhance the way our business creates value across the entire Moeve ecosystem.

As a CI Digital Innovation Advisor Senior, you will play a key role in the digital enablement of Commercial Integration by:
- Co‑defining and ensuring optimal execution of the CI digital transformation roadmap, in close collaboration with CI areas and Technology & Digital Solutions.
- Driving successful adoption of CI digital tools and platforms, ensuring strong governance, user engagement, capability building, and continuous improvement.
- Supporting process optimization and digitalization, identifying opportunities to integrate automation, AI and cloud‑based solutions to increase efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Collaborating in change‑management initiatives, ensuring effective communication, training, and stakeholder alignment for new CI processes and ways of working.
- Identifying new improvement opportunities across CI processes, governance, data and digital enablers to strengthen decision‑making and commercial‑operational integration.
- Partnering with value architects to embed CI principles, digital capabilities, and operational excellence into new value chains and business initiatives from the outset.
- Working with the CBD&I team to guarantee E2E cross‑business data integrity so CI operates as Moeve’s Single Source of Truth
Who are we looking for?
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Financial Analytics, or related fields.
Languages
- Strong proficiency in English is required.
- Additional languages are a plus.
Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in digital transformation, project management, business technology consulting, or similar roles within the Energy sector or comparable industrial environments.
- Proven track record translating complex business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
- Solid understanding of modern technology stacks including Cloud Computing, Data Visualization, Agile methodologies, and emerging digital enablers.
