What will your role be?
We are driving a transformative strategy agenda called “Positive Motion”, focused on greening our revenue sources and fostering sustainable growth. As part of this vision, we are looking for a highly skilled Business Insights Specialist to elevate how Moeve interprets data, connects market dynamics, and turns insights into decisive commercial action.

In this role, you will shape how Moeve transforms market and business intelligence into strategic impact. Your core responsibilities include:
- Identifying and closing value gaps in cross‑business data, developing analytical models as needed to strengthen insight quality and enable high‑impact decisions.
- Consolidating business insights across Business Units, integrating external market signals (competitor behavior, macro trends) with internal flows to deliver a coherent, enterprise‑wide view.
- Providing clear, actionable price signals to commercial teams, translating complex market dynamics and datasets into guidance that supports revenue growth and margin optimization.
- Designing and managing the Cross‑Business Data Portal, ensuring trusted, high‑quality insights flow seamlessly across the organization to power alignment, decision‑making, and measurable business impact.
- Acting as an advisor to CI departments and Business Units, delivering forward‑looking insights that support integrated decision‑making and end‑to‑end value optimization.
Who are we looking for?
Education
- A technical or data‑science–related degree in Chemical/Industrial Engineering, IT, Data/Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or similar disciplines.
Languages
- Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.
Experience
- 5+ years in data, analytics, business analysis, optimization, market intelligence, or similar roles within the Energy industry.
- Strong background in data‑driven decision‑making and experience working with commercial insights.
- Comprehensive understanding of the end‑to‑end value chain, including cross‑business touchpoints and optimization levers.
- Proven expertise in pricing and market dynamics, including pricing strategies, market trends, and opportunity identification.
- Skilled in demand allocation (demand curves, allocation optimization across markets and channels).
- Hands‑on experience with analytics and market‑intelligence tools (PowerBI, Reuters, Kpler, etc.).

- Strong strategic thinking, able to identify value gaps and translate insight into action.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence commercial decisions.
- Confidence presenting recommendations that impact pricing, margins, and growth.
- Curiosity, creativity, and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
