What will your role be?

This position is part of the Commercial & Clean Energies division, where you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the sales activities related to lubricants for the heavy vehicle sector. Your daily responsibilities will involve identifying and acquiring strategic new clients, ensuring profitable operations, and maintaining close relationships with existing customers. Through offering value-added solutions and exceptional post-sale service, you will contribute significantly to achieving the company's growth targets.

  • Lead and drive sales initiatives within your designated scope to consistently meet or exceed individual and segment objectives.
  • Develop, propose, and implement pricing strategies essential for achieving annual profitability goals.
  • Conduct thorough prospecting and market analysis to attract new customers while evaluating the competitive landscape continuously.
  • Coordinate and request technical assistance and training services for clients under your management to ensure satisfaction and enhanced product usage.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal departments such as CBS, Legal Advisory, and Marketing to manage incident resolution, contracts, and promotional campaigns.
  • Create synergies with other entities within the Moeve Group, including Direct Sales, Card Services, and Decarbonization initiatives, to maximize business opportunities.
  • Ensure strict adherence to corporate policies and compliance regulations in all third-party interactions to uphold ethical and legal standards.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • Education: Mid-level degree preferably with technical or commercial training background.
  • Languages: Intermediate proficiency in spoken and written English is desirable; additional knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is considered advantageous.
  • Experience: At least one year in the industrial or automotive sector, specifically related to maintenance or sales of lubricants.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of lubricant commercialization and value-based selling. Familiarity with markets such as transportation, mining, public works, and agricultural cooperatives. Awareness of economic variables impacting these industries is important.
  • Other Requirements: Valid B1 driving license to facilitate field visits and customer engagement.
  • Additional Advantage: Familiarity with the company’s organizational structure and workflows will be beneficial for faster integration and effectiveness in the role.
