What will your role be?

This is a role within the Commercial & Clean Energies business , where you will be responsible for analyzing the critical variables that drive our company—market, investments, and risks—to provide high-level strategic advice.

In your day-to-day, you will work in an analytical and proactive environment, connecting with different Business Units for Due Diligence and M&A processes, as well as the development of the Business Plan. You will be part of a team that doesn't just look at current data but detects trends and opportunities for transformation toward sustainability and efficiency.

• Analysis and Diagnosis: Perform analysis of the various variables affecting the Company's activity, such as business trends, market, investments, and risks.

• Environment Analysis: Analyze the company's environment regarding the Oil & Gas sector, competitors, and alternative sectors.

• Trend Detection: Detect and forecast relevant facts and trends, as well as business opportunities for inclusion in strategic plans.

• Business Planning: Collect, analyze, and synthesize the information necessary to carry out strategic analysis and the Business Plan.

• Strategic Advisory: Advise Business Units in Due Diligence processes for effective decision-making.

• Plan Implementation: Participate in the definition, analysis, and implementation of short, medium, and long-term strategic plans.

• Strategic Alignment: Ensure that developed plans and projects are aligned with the company's Global Strategy.

• Reporting: Prepare ad-hoc, periodic, or specialized reports required by management or external agents.

• Knowledge Management: Manage project documentation and promote knowledge management within the team.

Who are we looking for?

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (ADE), Economics, Engineering, or related fields.

• Languages: Very advanced level of English (C1)—both written and oral.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in strategic consulting, investment banking, business development, or strategic project management.

• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of the energy sector, advanced financial modeling, and mastery of Excel and PowerPoint.

• It would be ideal if you also have:

  • Experience in energy transition or renewable energy projects.

  • Availability for occasional travel based on project needs.
