If you are a student eager to learn, develop professionally, and are interested in the world of taxation, tax law, and customs logistics, this is the adventure for you! Join our team in the Tax and Customs Department as part of the Welcome U Internship Program.

In this journey, you will be mentored by Moeve professionals to ensure you get the most out of this experience at our San Roque center. Contribute, learn, and be part of the change in the energy sector.

What are we looking for?

  • Students in their final years of an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Business Administration (ADE), Law, or similar Double Degrees.

  • At least 120 credits completed, with active enrollment in a university (that has an internship agreement).

  • Available for curricular or extracurricular internships.

  • Individuals with a desire to learn, analytical rigor, and the ability to work in dynamic industrial environments.

Skills and Aptitudes:

  • Advanced level of English.

  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Valued: Specific training (course or Master’s) in Taxation, with a particular focus on Excise Duties on Hydrocarbons.

  • Valued: Knowledge of SAP.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities:

During your internship, you will be integrated into the daily operations of the department, performing the following functions:

  • Regulatory Analysis: Identify and interpret fiscal and tax laws applicable to the organization.

  • Tax Management: Collect and process accounting information and production balances for the preparation of tax returns.

  • Operations Control: Familiarize yourself with movement documents for product inflows/outflows and manage the schedule for vessel loading and unloading.

  • Digital Support: Get hands-on experience with critical management systems (GESBUN, SEP, GTM, G3C) and official platforms such as SILICIE and EMCS.

  • Logistics Coordination: Work alongside the Bunker team to ensure that barge operations are correctly recorded for accounting purposes and the AEAT (Spanish Tax Agency).
