As a key member of the Quality Assurance & Analytical Development team, you will be entrusted with maintaining and ensuring the effectiveness of the Quality Management System specifically related to laboratory operations. Your role is vital in upholding the standards that guarantee the accuracy, reliability, and contract compliance of our laboratory analyses

You will take charge of preparing certificates of quality and analysis reports, promptly notifying relevant stakeholders of any contractual deviations. Proactive initiation and monitoring of corrective actions in response to such deviations will be central to your responsibilities. Your expertise will also contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory processes and adherence to regulatory and company standards.

Ensure ongoing maintenance and compliance of the Quality Management System across laboratory operations to uphold high-quality standards.

Prepare detailed certificates of quality and analytical bulletins, highlighting any contractual deviations and supporting transparency.

Analyze and interpret internal and external inter-laboratory comparisons to inform decision-making and drive improvements.

Apply statistical treatment to laboratory control data and analyze results for early detection of potential deviations.

Implement and oversee corrective measures in cases of non-conformance or detected deviations.

Maintain and develop the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), ensuring laboratory documentation and procedures are current and compliant.

Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external teams for sample preparation and shipment.

Generate and maintain reference materials essential for laboratory verifications.

Participate in coordination and execution of quality verifications on analytical results.

Contribute to the development, validation, and refinement of new analytical applications.

Support the setup, proper maintenance, and calibration of laboratory equipment.

Manage the homologation process for laboratory materials and reagents.

Perform chemical and physical tests and maintain sample libraries.

Who are we looking for?

Minimum academic qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or related disciplines.

Proven knowledge in the validation of chemical assays, statistical analysis of results, and control chart methodologies.

English proficiency at B2 level to support communication in an international working environment.

At least 3 -5 years of professional experience in a similar role within quality assurance or analytical laboratories.

Valuable assets: Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemical sciences or closely related fields.
