What will your role be?

Within the Procurement and Administration area, you will be responsible for managing orders and contracts, drafting tenders, and overseeing award processes. Your daily routine will include Master Data management in SAP, supplier qualification, and negotiating materials and services to ensure the group's quality and price conditions.

Why is this the perfect position for you?

• Order and contract management.

• Drafting tenders, as well as managing the full process through to the award and formalization of contracts.

• Master Data management (materials, suppliers, customers, rates) in SAP for all group companies.

• Requesting Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and specifications for critical products (CE marking, safety documentation, etc.).

• Receiving and archiving various documentation.

• Negotiating with suppliers for materials and services; analyzing product features, quality, service conditions, price, and payment terms; searching for alternative suppliers.

• Presenting received offers to stakeholders, providing appropriate guidance and suggestions regarding suppliers, purchasing opportunities, and management aspects.

• Supplier qualification (homologation) in accordance with group policy.

• Reporting and following up on detected non-conformities.

Who are we looking for?

• Education: Higher education in Administration or related fields (University Degree or Vocational Training).

• Experience: At least 1 year of previous experience is essential.

• Tools: Proficiency in SAP.

• Languages: Intermediate English level (B2) is a plus.

• Skills: Good command of Excel is valued.
