What will your role be?
Your mission will be to lead and elevate the user experience in the B2B digital environment, becoming the reference that drives simple, consistent interactions oriented toward generating value for both the client and the business. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evolving a continuous experience improvement model (CXO/CRO), identifying friction points and optimization opportunities throughout the digital journey, as well as proposing and launching use cases aligned with strategic objectives of visibility, conversion, and engagement, ensuring a direct and sustainable impact on business results.

Design, implement, and optimize B2B digital experiences (web, landings, banners, apps).

Apply CRO and UX/UI methodologies to improve conversion and reduce friction in digital journeys.

Propose and launch digital use cases aligned with visibility, acquisition, and engagement goals.

Analyze user behavior and transform insights into actionable improvements.

Guarantee visual and messaging consistency with the brand and defined value propositions.

Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure flawless execution.

Collaborate on the design of conversational interfaces (chatbots, virtual assistants, or interfaces powered by generative AI), ensuring a clear, consistent user experience aligned with usability and accessibility standards.
Who are we looking for?

Education: Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Design, Communication, or similar, with specific training in UX/UI, CRO, or digital product design.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing, UX, growth, or similar roles focused on web/landings, ideally in B2B environments or complex sectors.

Technical Skills: Tools for A/B testing and CRO (e.g., Adobe Target), CMS, basic notions of HTML/CSS, and advanced UX/UI for responsive design.

Languages: Native Spanish or equivalent and advanced level of English.

Desirable: Experience in designing conversational interfaces with an impact on UX (e.g., chatbot, generative AI).
