What will your role entail?
As a Junior Finance, Transformation and Client Operations team member integrated within the Mobility & New Commerce area, you will support the Project Management Office (PMO) team by assisting with various key tasks necessary for the smooth execution of their functions. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring that projects advance efficiently and communications remain clear and well-coordinated.

- Prepare and deliver presentations on behalf of the department, clearly communicating project updates and departmental achievements.
- Coordinate with project leaders to gather and organize essential information needed to report progress effectively to the General Directorate.
- Compose, review, and distribute minutes from steering committee meetings and other project-related gatherings, ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned and informed.
- Provide ad hoc support to other team members based on the directions from your supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
- Actively participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and maintaining a collaborative environment that drives continuous improvement.
Who are we looking for?
- Educational background: Degree in Engineering (Technical or Superior), Business Administration (ADE), or related fields.
- Languages: Advanced proficiency in English to facilitate communication within international teams and stakeholders.
- Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, along with familiarity with other relevant tools to support data analysis and presentation preparation.
- An individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
- A collaborative professional with strong communication skills, eager to engage within cross-functional teams and support the wider goals of the organization.
