What will your role be? 

To coordinate, supervise, and control the corrective and preventive maintenance activities of the plant, as well as those assigned during major repairs, shutdowns, or technical improvements, to guarantee the efficiency of said activities.

  • Schedule and supervise the development of outsourced maintenance work, including those carried out during shutdowns, reporting deviations in duration times and proposing solutions to correct said deviations, as well as extraordinary maintenance in scheduled shutdowns and major repairs as assigned.

  • Execute, when necessary, the maintenance tasks of your specialty required for the correct upkeep of the facilities, collaborating with operations in scheduling shutdowns and reporting on their duration.

  • Collaborate in the budget control of your specialty, justifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.

  • Propose improvements to help reduce repetitive breakdowns based on your experience in the field.

  • Participate in the root cause analysis of equipment breakdowns under the responsibility of the Maintenance unit, identifying improvement actions according to the priority and responsibility criteria established by the Asset Management unit.

  • Monitor the timely completion of actions assigned to your responsibility, ensuring effective implementation.

  • Control that all works are executed according to planning.

  • Collaborate in the creation of roadmaps.

  • Propose and keep updated the spare parts list for critical equipment corresponding to your specialty, as well as the frequency of maintenance activities, keeping the maintenance management system updated.

  • Establish and control, through field supervision, the necessary actions for compliance with regulations and procedures regarding safety, quality, and the environment.

  • Establish immediate measures for any accident/incident occurring in your area of responsibility and collaborate in the pertinent investigation.

  • Execute technical improvements and investments as assigned, and propose improvements within your scope of action.

  • Attend and complete required training activities.

  • Carry out all assigned activities, works, and operations in accordance with the company's quality, safety, energy efficiency, and environmental protection standards, as well as all current legislation and regulations, participating and collaborating in established management systems and associated plans.

  • Perform any other work complementary to your function not included in this description that may be required for greater efficiency and full activity.

Who are we looking for? 

  • University Degree: Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering specializing in Electricity / Electronics.

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in high voltage and project management.

  • Languages: Ability to read in English.

  • Technical Knowledge: Solid knowledge of SAP.

  • Key Skills: Versatile profile with good communication skills, teamwork ability, and activity planning.
