About the Business

As part of this vision, we are looking for a highly skilled Cross‑Business Data Specialist to ensure that trusted, high‑quality data becomes a core enabler of alignment, decision‑making, and long‑term value creation across Moeve.

The responsibilities we’ll trust you with

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in how the company operates, decides, and grows by ensuring seamless and reliable cross‑business data foundations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Owning end‑to‑end data integrity across Moeve’s operations, ensuring cross‑business coherence and positioning CI as the single, trusted source of truth for all Business Units.
• Leading the full process of collecting and consolidating critical cross‑business datasets (supply & demand plans, premiums, inventories, and more), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accountability.
• Partnering with Data Governance to design and enforce robust data standards, ownership frameworks, quality rules, and governance processes across the whole value chain.
• Governing and evolving digital tools and data products (e.g., Minerva), acting as the primary interface between digital platforms, data teams, and Business Units to ensure these solutions operate as the Single Source of Truth.
• Coordinating the integrated supply & demand annual budget process, aligning operational reality, financial planning, and strategic priorities.
• Supporting Moeve’s transformation by building scalable data foundations that elevate alignment, transparency, and business impact.

Who are we looking for?

Education

• A technical or data‑related degree in Chemical/Industrial Engineering, IT, Data or Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or similar fields.

Languages

• Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.

Experience

• 5+ years in data, analytics or optimization teams, ideally within the Energy sector or comparable industrial environments.
• Strong background in data‑driven decision‑making and cross‑business planning.
• Solid understanding of the end‑to‑end value chain, including supply & demand planning, inventory management, and integrated business planning processes.

Competency

• Strong facilitation and coordination skills to ensure high accountability across contributors.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a bridge between business, digital, and data teams.
• Experience defining and monitoring data quality KPIs, controls, and remediation actions.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex datasets and translate them into clear business insights.
• A continuous‑improvement mindset, elevating data maturity, governance, and scalability over time.
