What will your role be?

Your mission will be to lead the commercial strategy in your assigned area. You will manage the comprehensive relationship with distributors, from attracting new prospects to monitoring contracts and business plans, always ensuring that our products and services provide maximum added value to the market.

• You will plan and execute monthly and annual sales plans to achieve volume and profitability objectives.
• You will coordinate everything from marketing actions and pricing to technical assistance and commercial risk control.
• You will collaborate with various areas of the company (Legal, Operations, Marketing) to optimize the service.
• You will analyze the competition and detect new opportunities to grow the business.

Who are we looking for? 

• Education: Middle or Higher Degree (technical or commercial).
• Languages: Intermediate level of English; French or Portuguese will be positively valued.
• Experience: At least 2 years in the lubricants sector or distribution network management.
• Skills: High communication capacity, empathy, proactivity, and results orientation under pressure.
• Mobility: B1 Driving License.
