What are we looking for?

• Undergraduate or Master’s students in Chemistry, with a solid foundation and familiarity in organic and analytical chemistry.

• Profiles with a clear vocation for laboratory practice and the ability to connect experimentation with business needs.

• At least 120 credits completed, with active enrollment in a university (that has an internship agreement).

• Available for curricular or extracurricular internships.

• Individuals eager to learn, grow, and provide scientific rigor to innovation projects and molecular evaluation.

Skills and Aptitudes:

• Ability to perform fundamental chemical calculations (solutions, molarity, etc.).

• Proficiency in office automation tools, especially Excel for data management.

• Intermediate level of English for consulting technical literature.

• Detail-oriented, curious about experimental work, and capable of working collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

• Product Characterization: Support basic product characterization tests (neutralization, acid value) and fundamental analysis of surfactants (viscosity, rheology, washing efficacy).

• Composition Analysis: Collaborate in analyzing the composition of home care products (detergents) and personal care products (shampoos, gels), evaluating their performance.

• Experimental Execution: Assist in laboratory experiments and trials, actively participating in the experimental phase of innovation projects.

• Data Management: Participate in creating and updating Excel databases to record results and manage historical project data.

• Operational Support: Provide support in managing inventories of samples, reagents, and spare parts, as well as analyzing data derived from experimentation.
