Job Description:

Are you passionate about the challenge of the energy transition? At Moeve, we transform energy and mobility to together make the world a better place, and we need all talent to make it a reality. This is your opportunity!

What will your role be? Integrated into the Chemical division, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating activities related to the reliability of all types of equipment—especially dynamic equipment—throughout their entire lifecycle. Your goal will be to maximize availability, safety, and performance, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards, as well as general company procedures. You will play a key role in defining predictive and preventive maintenance strategies, analyzing breakdowns and recurring incidents, driving continuous equipment improvement, and technically coordinating projects and initiatives aimed at increasing plant asset reliability.

Why is this the perfect position for you?

  • Coordinate reliability aspects during the design, modification, and commissioning of new facilities, as well as implement projects related to the improvement of dynamic equipment (monitoring, sealing, lubrication, and optimization systems).

  • Define the predictive maintenance strategy, supervise its execution, and monitor the health status of critical equipment to identify trends and minimize risks.

  • Coordinate and participate in breakdown, repetitive failure, and root cause analyses, driving the implementation of corrective actions, permanent improvements, and standard procedures throughout the entire lifecycle.

  • Develop and supervise reliability and maintenance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, Top-N failure rates, costs), generating key reports for decision-making.

  • Collaborate in the planning and execution of interventions on critical equipment, guaranteeing technical quality and the application of best practices.

  • Define and promote training plans for maintenance and operations personnel in reliability materials and asset management.

  • Manage human resources assigned to your area, promoting a culture of safety, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.

Who we are looking for

  • University degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.

  • Proven experience of over 5 years in industrial maintenance and dynamic equipment reliability, preferably in the chemical or petrochemical industry.

  • Solid knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis, root cause analysis, and reliability management (e.g., ISO 18436-4 Level 2 certification in lubrication, ISO 18436-2 Level 2 certification in predictive vibration analysis, etc.).

  • Prior experience applying root cause analysis methodologies, vibration analysis, continuous improvement, and industrial asset management.

  • Experience tracking maintenance indicators and implementing improvements oriented toward the asset lifecycle.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and areas, driving innovation, continuous improvement, and the achievement of results.

  • B2 level of English or equivalent.
